Privacy and safety

What's kept private

• Your mobile number and email are never shown to other players.
• Votes are anonymous. Nobody, including your Manager, can see how you voted.
• The ratings log (who changed whose ratings, and when) is only visible to Managers and Assistants.
• Card details only ever go to Stripe or PayPal.
• If you ask the Byb team to move your account to a new email, we first check it's really you by asking three things only you would know, like your mobile number, your last payment or fine, or your last game.

What your group can see

• Your name, photo, position, player card and stats.
• The fines and subs lists, including what you owe and have paid.
• If your Manager has turned on bank transfer, everyone in the group can see the Manager's account name, sort code and account number. Your own bank details never go through Byb.
