Fines

Seeing fines

• Open the Group tab and tap Fines. Everyone in the group can see the list.
• Fines Collected is what's been paid. Still owed is what hasn't.
• On the Group tab, Total in the Kitty adds up subs collected (as shown on the Subs page) and fines collected.
• Each fine is Owed, Paid, Waived (cancelled) or Refunded.

Paying a fine

• If paying in the app is on, tap Pay next to your own fine: by card, PayPal or bank transfer, depending on what your Manager has set up. See Paying online.
• Otherwise, pay your Manager in person and they'll mark it paid.

Issuing a fine Managers and Assistants

1. Tap Issue a fine.
2. Choose who, and what for: Late dropout, No-show, Lost the ball or Other. The amount fills in from your group settings, and you can change it.
3. Tap Issue fine. The player is told.

• Fines are only ever issued by hand. Byb never fines anyone automatically.
• Late dropouts appear under Needs your decision. Tap No fine or Fine.
• Tap Paid when someone pays in cash, or Waive to cancel a fine. Undo puts it back to owed.
• When a player says they've paid by bank transfer, it shows at the top under Bank transfers to check. Check your bank, then tap It's arrived (marks it paid) or Not received (the player is told to check).
