Subs

How subs work

• Subs cover pitch money. A block covers a run of weeks.
• Players who opt in to a block pay one block price.
• Everyone else pays a pay-as-you-go price for each game they play in the block, added when the score is saved.
• Open Group › Subs to see what everyone owes and has paid. Everyone in the group can see it.

Paying subs

• If paying in the app is on, tap Pay next to your name: by card, PayPal or bank transfer, depending on what your Manager has set up.
• Otherwise, pay your Manager and they'll mark it paid.

Setting up a block Managers and Assistants

1. In Subs, tap New block.
2. Enter a name, the first game, the number of weeks, the pitch cost and the pay-as-you-go price.
3. Tick everyone who has opted in.
4. Byb suggests a block price: the pitch cost split between everyone opted in, rounded up to the next 50p. Change it if you like.
5. Tap Save block.

• Tap Mark paid when someone pays in cash, and Undo to reverse it.
• Bank transfers players say they've sent show at the top under Bank transfers to check, like on the Fines page.
• Switch between blocks with the button at the top. Delete this block removes it and its records.
