For Managers: your group and games

Create a group

1. After signing up, if you're not in a group yet, tap Create a group. Already in one? Tap your group name at the top of Home, then + Join or create a group.
2. Enter the group name. Tap the badge to change its colour.
3. Add the venue, the usual day and kick-off time, and the usual format (5s to 11s).
4. Tap Create group. You're the Manager.

Invite players

• After creating the group, and on the Group tab, you'll find your group link, code and QR code.
• Tap Share invite link to send it to the group chat, or Copy link. People next to you can scan the QR code.
• Anyone with the link can join. You're told when they do, so you can set their ratings.
• To invite someone you've already added, send their personal invite instead (see Managing players).

Set up a game

1. When there's no game coming up, tap Create a game on Home.
2. Choose One-off or Every week.
3. Set the date, kick-off time and venue.
4. Choose the format (5s to 11s) and the maximum number of players. Raising the maximum past what the format allows moves the format up.
5. Set the cost per head.
6. Tap Publish game. Everyone in the group can now say if they're in.

Tip With Every week, next week's game is created as soon as you save this week's result.

Share the game link

• On Home, tap Share game link to send the game to the group chat.
• Anyone can open it. Players you've added who haven't signed up yet can pick their name and say In or Out without an account.

Change or cancel a game

1. On Home, tap Edit game, make your changes and tap Save changes.
2. To call it off, tap Cancel this game. Everyone who said In sees it's off.
